Customized Workshop

Course Description

Based on IRI's courses at the IBM Corporate Technical Institute and George Washington University, this two-day on-site workshop advances beyond the philosophical level to develop the expertise needed to derive useful performance measures.  Discussions explore the psychology of performance measurement and case studies review lessons learned the hard way.  Participants engage in activities to enhance performance measures within their organization.

Anyone tasked to develop performance measures for their organization, or who want to reduce and simplify their performance measures.

Course Location and Duration

• Phase 1.  On location data collection and interviews with course participants
• Phase 2.  Customize workshop manual and develop relevant examples and exercises
• Phase 3.  Two day workshop on-site at your location

Course Cost

The $7,500 course fee includes training and materials for up to 25 participants.  The GSA MOBIS schedule (GS-23F-9769H) fee is $6,982.50. The curriculum and material are adapted to meet the requirements of the organization and knowledge level and priorities of participants.
